The Beyond Signature Series was birthed after the 2020 Beyond the Business Suit Retreat was cancelled due to COVID-19. The inaugural 2019 Beyond the Business Suit Retreat was such a powerful, life-changing experience that we did not want to wait another year to come together. What we realized is that there is no better time than during something as intense as a global pandemic to get clear on what is important to you, get support from like-minded women and develop practices that will help you become the person (and leader) you were created to be.

We will meet during 7 transformational virtual sessions featuring 10+ masterclasses led by award-winning and globally recognized executive and life coaches, master facilitators, industry experts, and successful leaders.
Each session will focus on another way to help you design the life and career you deserve. In order to get the life you deserve, you must become in greater alignment with your purpose, level up your knowledge base and "armor up" with the tools to become a better leader and more intentional woman.
The Saturday sessions will take place every other Saturday from May 30 - August 22, 2020 from 12 - 2 pm EDT | 9 - 11 am PDT | 5 - 7 pm BST & WAT | 7 - 9 pm EAT.
We will leverage video conferencing technology to meet during our Saturday sessions.
We will use an online platform for our global community of high-achieving women to connect with and encourage each other between sessions.
"Beyond Circles" will be available for those interested in connecting with other members of the Beyond community in a smaller group setting to discuss and process what we learned in each session.

This experience is designed for high achieving women who are to elevate their life and their leadership. They are typically women who battle with overwhelm, "doing too much" and have felt like they have gotten away from themselves, especially in light of all the uncertainty around us. Kailei Carr leadership coach and master when it comes to creating spaces for transformation. I'm not technically in a leadership position, can I still be a part of the Beyond Signature Series?

Though the Beyond Signature Series is a "leadership experience," it is not only for those who are currently in executive or leadership positions. Though we will have women in this program who are senior executives and entrepreneurs, if you are an emerging leader or interested in becoming a better leader in your business or in your life, this experience is for you.

How is the Beyond Signature Series different than other experiences?

The Beyond Signature Series is different than other conferences, leadership programs and experiences because it focuses on the whole woman -- both personally and professionally. We believe that significant leadership development starts from within. The journey we take Beyond Signature Series members on is intentionally crafted for transformation.This series gives you a unique blend of filling you up personally and professionally, starting at your soul, so that you can be your best self at work and beyond.

I am really interested in being a part of this experience, but I just lost my job or have been furloughed. Do you offer any payment plans or scholarships?

We understand that many people around the world are being impacted by the global pandemic we are experiencing. We have created two options for those who may be feeling some financial hardships and strain:

What happens if I cannot attend all of the Saturday sessions live?

Though we hope as many people as possible will be able to attend our Beyond Signature Series sessions live, we will plan on recording each session for you to listen to later.

Will everyone be a part of a small group?

No, only those who are interested in being a part of a small group will be a part of one. No pressure if you would like to only participate in the sessions and the online community.
