The Beyond the Business Suit Retreat (PAUSE | RECHARGE | LEVEL UP) is a two day experience for high achieving women of color who are preparing to take that next major leap in life. This is not your typical women's conference. It has been intentionally designed to: * Guide attendees through a journey of personal and professional transformation. * Provide attendees with the additional tools necessary to support their journey to leveling up in their career as well as their personal life. * Help each attendee transition beyond her personal level of excellence to her ultimate level of genius. * Have attendees leave the conference with a better understanding of how to manage her life from the inside out. * Align attendees' personal and professional purpose and mission, plus have the tools to effectively fulfill that mission.

The Beyond the Business Suit Retreat will be an immersive and invaluable experience taking place over two action-packed days right outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

During the two-day conference, you will have many opportunities to pause, recharge and level up. This retreat is designed to lead you on a journey of transformation to make you not only a better leader, but a better person — from holistic and feminine leadership, to having a powerful presence and personal brand, to effective communicate and managing all of the many priorities in your life.

Overview:

Day 1 will include pausing and recharging activities, as well as immersive sessions for you to explore deep within yourself, led by our hand-selected life and executive coaches and facilitators. The day will begin with an array of optional indoor and outdoor activities to transition into "retreat mode." The retreat officially begins at lunchtime with an opening and kickoff lunch, setting the tone for the next two days. After lunch, the group will break up into smaller groups and experience a 3 hour intensive session where they will do some internal work necessary for transformation. Led by some incredible coaches and facilitators, these sessions will be aimed to go "deep" very quickly and allow for attendees to identify some things they would like to improve upon. We will reconvene after these sessions and, at night, have a fun "recharging & releasing" dance party and reception, including a DJ and an outdoor activity.

11:45 am - 12:30 pm - Lunch

12:40 - 1:30 pm: Kick off and Welcome Address

1:30 - 5:30 pm: Immersive group coaching sessions with Marla Teyolia, Radiah Rhodes, Michelle Wonsley-Ford and Jovian Zayne (attendees select their group in advance)

5:30 - 7:00 pm: Relaxation and Dinner

7:00 - 9:30 pm: Re-charge reception and special activity

Overview:

Day 2 will consist of inspirational, yet action-oriented keynote sessions, skills-building panel discussions and break out sessions from some of the brightest minds in women's leadership development. The day will start with a morning meditation and intention setting to set the tone for all attendees. Then the group will transition into a series of "leveling up" sessions with some powerful speakers, panelists and subject matter experts who will equip attendees with the tools they need to succeed while also allowing them to learn from each other. Attendees will walk away with action steps to take their lives and careers to the next level.

A champion for women in leadership, Kailei has built her business around helping ambitious women show up as the best version of themselves with the ultimate mission of helping women ascend to senior leadership. Her coaching, consulting and transformational programs have helped women leaders thrive personally and professionally.

After meeting so many ambitious "superwomen" who seemed to be great on paper, but were actually frazzled and overwelmed, Kailei developed the Beyond the Business Suit Retreat. This retreat aims to provide ambitious women of color the necessary tools to help them have the lives -- including careers -- they deserve.
